Comfort Inn & Suites

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Clark and the two ladies at the front desk (unfortunately I didn't get their names) were all WONDERFUL! The hotel was clean, bright and spacious, and had the nicest added touches, like an iced coffee bar, cookies and apple cider. Our room was huge, with a great shower. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the items were fresh. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Blown away by the hospitality at this comfort inn. I could not have been more annoying during this stay haha and the staff were all as sweet as can be, helpful and patient. Everyone at the front desk was equally warm and welcoming. Location was awesome. Spotless through and through. Housekeeping was amazing as well. Highly recommend this inn if you’re coming to North Conway. Thank you staff! Raises for everyone!

I have never had an experience like this at any hotel, let alone a chain hotel. I am a Choice Hotels member and have stayed at many Comfort Inns all across the U.S. and North Conway doesn't even compare! Service- Upon arrival, my room was changed to be on the top floor upon request. Every time you walk by the front desk, they acknowledge you, say hi, how are you, welcome back. Cleanliness and Housekeeping- I personally clean my hotel rooms ever since Covid and you never know what you can find. The room was perfectly clean. As for housekeeping, you are given options to how you want them to interact with your room. I chose the option where they don't come into your room and you leave a request form outside. I was gone for not even and hour and came back to all the items requested packed in a bag outside our door along with chocolates. Room- Along with being on the top floor and it being so clean. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We had a King room that was surprising large and had its own separate living space with couches. The bathroom is a bit small but there was an additional sink in the entryway. Location- Perfectly located in town. Perfect for kids as they have a mini golf course only open in the summer though. Other- Continental breakfast is standard but they have plenty of options. As someone who is gluten free, they had cereals and yogurt, some other options as well. They always have lemon ice water in the lobby and in the afternoon they have an ice coffee station with tons of flavor options. With it being Christmas time, they have letters to Santa set up in the lobby as well. 10/10!!! I will most definitely be back.
